Common questions
Does it replace our strata software?
No. StrataWorx sits alongside the system you already use for levies, trust accounting and the strata roll. It handles the inbox and the follow-up work, and you can import your roll from a CSV export.
Will it send emails without approval?
No. Every reply and work order waits for a manager to approve it. If you want, you can turn on auto-approval for specific actions, such as acknowledging routine requests, and leave everything else for review.
Where is our data stored?
StrataWorx is hosted in the Sydney region. On Premium you can choose Australia-only AI processing, so emails and documents are processed onshore as well.
Do you handle property management and tenancies too?
Yes, on Enterprise. StrataWorx runs residential and commercial rent rolls alongside the strata core: landlords, tenancies, rent and arrears, notices with NSW dates, pet requests, keys, compliance and AGM proxies, plus a separate Property inbox for tenants and landlords.
