Step by step
- Step 1: Per lotYou pay per lot on your strata roll each month, plus GST: Core $2 or Premium $4 per lot. Premium adds the Pro pages: building operations, meetings, governance, finance, agents, insights and the resident portal.
- Step 2: TrialEvery Premium feature is open during the 30-day trial. The chip shows Trial: n days left.
- Step 3: Choose a planPress Choose Premium (or Core) to pay by card. Payments and invoices opens the billing portal for cards, invoices and switching plans.
