Step by step
- Step 1: Find what's dueGovernance › Strata Hub lists AGMs held without a report. The due date (3 months after the AGM by default) is also in Compliance.
- Step 2: PreparePress Prepare the report. Data comes from the scheme, roll, registers and compliance. Blank fields are flagged; fix them at the source and press Refresh the data.
- Step 3: Lodge and recordLodge on the NSW Strata Hub (download the CSV to help), then enter the Hub reference and press Mark lodged.
