Step by step
- Step 1: Create the planFinance › Capital works plan › Create the plan. Enter Prepared on, Prepared by, the First year and Review every (years, default 5). Press Create plan. The review date is added to Compliance.
- Step 2: Add itemsPress Add an item, choose the Year, describe the Item and enter the Estimated cost. Items are grouped by Year 1–10 with totals.
- Step 3: Use it in budgetsOn the budget, press Take capital works from the 10-year plan to copy that year's total.
- Step 4: Replace it after a reviewReplace with a new plan marks the old plan superseded and moves the review deadline.
Common problems
The review badge is amber.
The review is due within 90 days. Arrange the new plan and replace it here.
