Step by step
- Step 1: Add or upload arrearsFinance › Arrears and plans › Imported list. Press Add an arrear (Scheme, Lot number, Amount owing, Levy due date, Notes) or Upload your arrears report: a CSV with scheme_number, lot_number, amount, due_date (administrators). Uploading replaces open items that haven't had reminders.
- Step 2: Set the statusEach row has Open, Payment plan, Referred to manager or Paid. Paid rows move to Paid history.
- Step 3: Draft remindersPress Ask the agent to draft reminders. The Levy arrears agent drafts a friendly reminder at 7+ days, a firmer one at 21+ days and a final one at 35+ days, always mentioning hardship and payment plans, and refers repeat cases to you.
- Step 4: Approve before sendingEach draft waits on AI agents › Waiting for your approval. Edit the wording, then Approve and send or Reject.
