Step by step
- Step 1: Create an API keyAdmin & help › Integrations › New API key. Name it (e.g. Zapier), tick Allow changes only if it needs to create work orders or send replies. Copy the key: it's shown once.
- Step 2: Add a webhookNew webhook: an https URL and the events to send (message.received, message.sent, message.dismissed, job.created, job.updated, lot.updated). Send test to check it.
- Step 3: Look after themRename, Regenerate or Revoke keys; Pause, Rotate secret or delete webhooks. Recent deliveries shows each call; failures retry for up to 14 hours.
