Step by step
- Step 1: Open LeviesThe page shows your levy ledger for each lot you own: levies, interest, payments and the balance.
- Step 2: Levy noticesOpen a notice under Levy notices. It has the BPAY biller code and your reference (CRN), or bank details, and the due date.
- Step 3: Pay by cardIf your strata manager offers it, tick the levies to pay (unpaid ones are ticked) and press Pay selected levies by card. Pay on the secure card page; you'll see “Thanks, your payment went through” and it appears on your ledger.
- Step 4: Pay by BPAY or transferUse the details on your levy notice, always with your CRN as the reference so the payment finds your lot.
- Step 5: Struggling to pay?Contact your strata manager about a payment plan. They must respond to a written request.
Common problems
“Online payment isn't set up.”
Pay by BPAY or bank transfer using the details on your levy notice.
I paid but it still shows owing.
BPAY and transfers can take a few business days to be matched. Card payments show straight away.
