Before you start
- Your strata manager has added you as a resident and sent you an invitation email (“Your … resident portal”).
- Access to the email address your strata manager has for you.
Step by step
- Step 1: Open the invitationOpen the email and press the link. It works once and lasts 14 days. You're signed straight in.
- Step 2: Next timeGo to your portal sign-in page (/portal/login), type your Email address and press Email me a sign-in link.
- Step 3: Use the linkOpen the email on the same device, press the link, check it says Signing in as you, and press Continue. Sign-in links work once and expire in 30 minutes.
- Step 4: Stay signed inYou stay signed in on that device for up to 180 days unless you press Sign out. Add the page to your phone's home screen to use it like an app.
- Step 5: More than one buildingIf another strata firm also uses StrataWorx for you, Home shows “You also have a portal with…” and a Switch button.
Common problems
I didn't get the sign-in email.
Check spam, and make sure you used the address your strata manager has for you. For privacy the page always says a link is on its way, even if the address isn't registered.
“Your portal access has ended or hasn't been switched on yet.”
Your strata manager needs to invite you, or you've moved out. Contact them.
“This link has expired.”
Press Get a new link and use the newest email.
