Before you start

  • An invitation email from your firm's administrator (or your company sign-in, if your firm uses SSO).

Enter your name, Choose a password and Type it again (at least 12 characters), then press Activate my account. If you already have a StrataWorx account, sign in and press Accept and join. Invite links work once and for 7 days; ask for a new one if it has expired.

Tips
  • Changing your password signs you out everywhere.
  • Administrators can require two-step sign-in for administrators or for everyone under Firm policy on the same page.

Common problems

“That email and password don't match an account, or the email isn't confirmed yet.”

Check the email address, or confirm your account from the sign-up email. Still stuck? Use Forgot password?.

I lost my phone and can't get a code.

Ask an administrator of your firm to reset your two-step sign-in, then set it up again on your new phone.

“Too many attempts. Wait 15 minutes…”

For your security, sign-in pauses after repeated failures. Wait 15 minutes and try again.

I'm an owner or tenant. Where do I sign in?

Residents don't use this page. Go to your firm's resident portal sign-in and ask for an emailed sign-in link.
