What it's forDrafts get closer to what you'd write yourself, week by week, without anyone training anything by hand.
Who it's forEveryone who sends replies; administrators manage the lessons.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: What counts as a correctionSending a reply that differs from the draft (rated Sent as drafted, Lightly edited, Reworked or Rewritten), changing the category, urgency or lot, marking No reply needed when a draft existed, and approving, editing or rejecting an agent's proposal.
  2. Step 2: Lessons are learned overnightEach night, when there are at least 3 new corrections, they're turned into short lessons (for example “Always give the after-hours number for leaks”). Administrators can press Learn now.
  3. Step 3: Lessons shape future draftsLessons, plus up to two of your corrected replies as examples, are added to the AI's instructions for your firm only. They're never shared with other firms.
  4. Step 4: See how it's goingInbox & work › StrataWorx AI shows Replies sent as drafted (30 days) against before, sorting fixes, agent proposals approved and Lessons in use.
  5. Step 5: Manage lessons (administrators)Edit a lesson, Retire one that's wrong (Use again brings it back), or add your own: pick an Area (Sorting emails, Drafted replies, Work orders, AI agents, General), write the New lesson (5–400 characters) and press Add lesson.
Tips
  • Lessons you add by hand are never retired automatically.
  • Set your firm's tone and signature in Settings › Firm; lessons build on that.

Common problems

Does editing a draft slow me down?

No. Edit as you normally would; learning happens in the background.
